How do you ensure hygiene for the outfits?

How do I place an order on Stage3?
It’s pretty simple!
Step 1: Select the perfect look from our collection of authentic designer outfits and accessories.
Step 2: Pick a date on the calendar. Click on reserve now.
Step 3: Add your delivery address and make the payment.
Yay! You’re all done and an email will be sent to you for your correct body measurements. Add those and your order is confirmed for delivery.

What does ‘Occasion date‘ mean?
The occasion date refers to the date you want the outfit for. At Dream Attire you can reserve an outfit as much as 90 days in advance.
How long can I keep an outfit?
You have the option to reserve a look for 3 or 6 days. We will deliver it to you on the first day and pick it up on the last.
A 3-day rental means that the look will arrive one day before your occasion, you wear it on the day of the occasion and we pick it up the day after. For instance, if your occasion date is the 20th, we will deliver the outfit to you on the 19th and pick it up on the 21st.
A 6-day rental is great for when you are travelling or need flexibility on when you want to wear the piece. In the case of a 6-day rental, we deliver the outfit one day before the occasion, you can wear it on any of the days thereafter, and we will pick it up on the 6th day.
What happens if I want to extend my rental period?
If you happen to love the look so much that you want to extend your rental period then WhatsApp/ call us on +91-98111 77050 or drop us an email on sale@dreamattire.in. Our looks are usually pre-booked for other clients, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay using a credit card, debit card or net banking. Please note that we will charge you at the time of placing the order, not on delivery. If you are in Delhi NCR, you can even avail cash/ check on delivery (and with COD, you can place an order up to to six weeks in advance).
Where do you deliver to?
We are slowly expanding across India. At the moment we only deliver to Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Goa, Jaipur, Lucknow, Nagpur, Ahmedabad and Ludhiana. If you don’t find your city listed on our website, WhatsApp/ call us on +91-98111 77050 or write to us at sale@dreamattire.in and we will do our best to accommodate you.
When will it be delivered?
We will deliver your order one day before the date of your occasion. Our delivery timings are between 10 am-8 pm. A member of our team will call you one day before to confirm your availability and to make sure it is delivered on time and looking perfect.
What happens if I am not at home when you deliver?
Our delivery team will call you before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can let them know if you need to change the time of delivery. Our standard delivery timings are 10 am-8 pm, Mon-Sat.
What if I want to change the date of delivery?
At Stage3, we work tirelessly behind the scenes to create an exhilarating fashion experience for you. This process involves a lot of moving parts, so we hope you understand our position when we say that we cannot guarantee that your outfit will be available for the new delivery date. When do I have to return the outfit?
Once your rental period is done! Our booking cycle is either 3 days or 6 days. Don’t stress, we will handle the collection. Our courier will pick up the outfit on the 3rd or 6th day depending on the booking. We will call and/or email you the day before to confirm that you will be available. If you love your look so much that you want to hang on to it for a little longer, send us an email at sale@dreamattire.in or WhatsApp/ call us on +91-98111 77050 and we’ll see what we can do to help you out.
How do I return the outfit?
Follow the packaging instructions written on the box, sent to you by email. The outfits are delicate, so please be careful when packaging them, and don’t forget to return any accessories that you may have borrowed! We will pick up the outfit on the 3rd or 6th day depending on the booking and will confirm the time a day before.
What if I’m late returning the outfit?
Ouch! We’d hate for that to happen and encourage you to avoid that at all costs. We rely on you to return our products on time so that we are able to fulfill our promise to our other customers. Sadly, we will have to charge a late fee of ₹1,000/day for any delay – this will be adjusted against your security deposit.
My occasion is cancelled/postponed, do I still need to pay cancellation charges?
If your occasion is postponed, we’ll make arrangements to adjust the order dates, provided the outfit is available on the new dates. However, in light of the current COVID-19 situation, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged, if you cancel your order within 2 weeks of the occasion date. For any orders canceled prior, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
